Rattlesnake Tie Kuan Yin Oolong
Tie Kuan Yin is an extremely prevalent tea in China. I’d venture to say it’s the most popular oolong tea in the world. This lightly-roasted tea produces a lovely floral aroma (some say like an orchid) with hints of fruit and maybe even a little caramel.
I named this tea after Rattlesnake Canyon in western CO. I might elaborate more in a blog post.
You can purchase a small 20 gram sample pack or jump right in with a 100 gram bag.
Please note that this purchase does NOT include the cup or scoop pictured.
