I’m always super excited to find an amazing Indian black tea. It just has such rich and bold flavors that always blow my mind. I mean, how can it be such a strong flavor, but also have nuanced delicate notes? This tea creates a wonderful chocolatey malt with a hint of orange. It carries a lovely earthy aroma with just a tiny bit of sourness.
I named this tea after Tomichi Point in Black Canyon National Park in western CO. I might elaborate more in a blog post.
